For our Stage 2 Faja, we recommend measuring yourself post-surgical procedure, ideally at 4 or 5 days after the operation, following your massage if possible. Should you need measuring assistance or guidance, please feel free to contact us at waistraineruk@gmail.com.To measure yourself effectively, you will need a tape measure and a pen. For the best-fitting garment, it is important to avoid flexing, adjusting posture, or sucking in your stomach during measurement. We recommend being measured without any clothing and in the morning.

When measuring, stand sideways towards a mirror to ensure the tape measure is positioned correctly. It should neither dig into the skin nor be loose. Please refer to our measurement instructions and utilize the provided image as a guideline.

Follow these instructions to accurately take your measurements:
Underbust: Pass the measuring tape under the bust.
Waist: Measure the circumference of your waist at your natural waistline, above your belly button and below your rib cage. Do not suck in your stomach to obtain an accurate measurement.
Torso: Measure from under your breast to the top of your crotch.
Hip: Measure the circumference of your hips, ensuring the tape is over the largest part of your buttocks. Attempt to do this in front of a mirror for accuracy.
